|           Model Shop    |    CAD/CAM    |    Graphic Design The ProtoShop is a professional design and model making facility capable of providing a wide range of services within its three functional areas: 1) Model Shop - which handles model making and prototype development. 2) CAD/CAM - which specializes in computer aided design and manufacturing. 3) ConceptONE - which is responsible for graphic design and illustration. Every aspect of the product development process is covered by these three divisions.   The Model Shop specializes in creating precision, mechanical working prototypes. The shop is composed of industrial designers, engineers and professional model makers who are capable of providing a variety of services in support of the product development process. These services include concept development, breadboard models, working models, appearance models, engineering check models, RTV molds and castings, and limited short run productions. Top   This group supports the product development process by providing professional CADAM services. It manages all computer aided design, machining and rapid prototyping using SDRC’s I-DEAS Master Series on a Windows NT platform. Top   ConceptONE is the graphic design and illustration department. These industrial designers create the look and feel of the various toy and consumer products. This department offers a variety of expertise including conceptual design, presentation renderings, corporate identity development, web site development and product animation.
