A high performance foam rocket that can be thrown (by hand) at any surface. The tip of the foam rocket holds eight (8) caps that emit a "popping" sound upon impact. A patented "cocking" mechanism allows the user to manually reset between throws. The rocket also has a suction cup on the nose of the rocket allowing it to stick to smooth surfaces.
